1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).
All original tags, hygiene liners, and packaging must be intact.
Items marked as final sale (e.g., clearance, swimwear, or undergarments for hygiene reasons) are not returnable unless defective.
Returns must be initiated through our customer service team before shipping back any product.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
We will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
Pack the items securely in the original packaging (or similar) and include your RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship the return to the address provided in our return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately. This ensures you get the new item as quickly as possible.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at browsingsector@gmail.com with:

Photos showing the issue (for damaged/defective items)
A brief description
We will arrange a free return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) at your preference.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Undergarments, swimwear, and socks (due to hygiene, unless defective)
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company.

8. Return Address
Please send all returns to the address provided in your return authorization email. Do not send returns to our business mailing address without prior authorization, as they may not be processed.
