Ironing, styling and quality inspection
Steam shaping, capturing elegance. The finished product undergoes low-temperature ironing with a professional steam iron to eliminate minor wrinkles, while also using steam pressure to shape the natural drooping arc of the fabric. Finally, it undergoes strict quality inspection under multiple angles of light to ensure that every stitch and every bead decoration meets the standards.

Embroidery and Sewing
On the high-end fabric, the artisans use traditional embroidery techniques to precisely position and layer gold threads, beads, crystals, etc. Each stitch maintains its unique angle and tightness variation, creating a three-dimensional luster and texture.

Designing patterns
From the design draft to the three-dimensional shaping. Our pattern makers first conduct three-dimensional cutting on the mannequin using the fabric sample. They repeatedly adjust the proportions and structural lines. Then, they transfer it to the flat pattern, using precise marking tools and metal pressing irons to fix the cut pieces, ensuring that each piece fits the ergonomic requirements and lays a perfect framework for the finished garment.
